Khanom

Khanom is the northernmost district of Nakhon Si Thammarat province in South Thailand. It is a coastal district in the immediate vicinity of the well known island of Koh Samui. At the closest point, the distance to Koh Samui across the Gulf of Thailand is approx. 19 km.The people of Khanom have traditionally maintained a vital source of income from fishing.
In present times there is also a growing number of tourism related businesses.Furthermore Khanom is nowadays the host of the power plant supplying both the islands of Koh Samui and Koh Phangan with electric energy.Khanom district features an abundance of natural beauty. There are
10 bays,
9 beaches,
3 waterfalls,
2 caves

and a scenic viewpoint on a local hill to explore. Khanom district is also home of the famous pink -and grey- dolphins. Boat tours for dolphin watching in the coastal waters are available leaving both from Khanom harbour as well as from Cape Pra Thap. Although the Khanom coastline itself is not suitable for diving, part of Khanom district forms part of the “Moo Ko Talee Tai” Marine National Park, which includes the nearby islands of Koh Wang Nai, Koh Wang Nok and Koh Rab. At Koh Rab there are coral reefs with snorkelling opportunities. Amongst Khanom’s further attractions there are also several interesting temples, Famous Pink Dolphins, Corel Pagoda ( only one in the world)and a dragon fruit farm.

All our rooms and bungalows are 24 sqm in size and contain free tea and coffee making facility, fully air-conditioned with a floor fan, high speed Wi-Fi, All with a Pool view, Small fridge, beautifully decorated and have cable TV with over 28 channels and 32 inch flat screen TV. Check in time 12:00 and check out time 11:00

Restaurant

Our restaurant is located directly on the beach with a beautiful view towards Koh Samui Island.

Here, you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning and relax over a nice cup of coffee or a fresh delicious fruit shake while sitting back and enjoying the sea view.

For lunch and dinner, the menu offers an extensive variety of Thai food such as the famous Pad Thai or Tom Yam Goong and a range of western dishes including Italian, Indian, Mexican and Steaks. During the summer season we offer dining directly on the beach as well as romantic dinner for two on the beach. We also have regular beach BBQ’s.

Beach Bar

Premium spirits, paired with local flavours, in a combination created as a companion for sunsets and good times. Latest tunes with over 32 different cocktails on the beach.
